I will be writing this post in English so anyone who is reading this from around the globe will know about the real situation regarding Freedom Of Speech in Jordan.
i will be blogging supporting freedom to all the political prisoners in Jordan.
maybe you don't know this but right now at this exact time there are 17 political activists held by the Jordanian regime as "prisoners of speech" and they will be brought to military trail in the upcoming days !
i will list all the info available to those behind bars.
Fadi Masamrah
28 years old activist, works as a teacher in Amman. he was arrested while sitting in a local coffee-shop on the 8/9/2012
Soud Al-Ajarmeh
he was arrested on 17/5/2012
Mo’en Al Harasis
42 years old, he was kicked out from the military due to his political believes, now he works as a sales manager at local mall, he was also arrested in local coffee-shop raid in Amman on 8/9/2012
Hussein Shbeilat
48 years old, previously he was arrested three times in (1989 , 1996, 2000) for participating in political activities. Hussein lives in the Southern city of tafieleh where he was beaten and arrested during a demo on 8/9/2012 .
Abdelmahdi Awajin
22 years old, who is at his fourth year in the university studying accounting he was also arrested during a demo in the southern city -tafieleh - on 8/9/2012 .
Bassam Alamayreh
40 years old, a PHD holder and a teacher in multiple universities, he was arrested at his home after attending a demo asking for political reforms in Amman on 8/9/2012
Abdullah Mahhadin
25 years old, A political activist livving in Amman, graduated from the university of Jordan majoring in accounting with an excellence certification, he works as an auditor in on of the biggest companies in the world.
earlier this year he was arrested, tortured and beaten. his newest arrest came after the local police trapped him into pulling out his car from the street and ordering him to locate it at the station , when he arrived he was arrested there on 11/9/2012.
Mohammad Al Natour
Unknown Age & life info, all we know is that he was arrested while drawing graffiti to support all Political prisoners in Jordan, a true hero !
